Complete required training for each assigned fabrication or machining process; complete all compliance and EHS training
Actively contribute to a high performance self directed work team; participate in safety and/or quality audits
Execute production tasks across multiple CMC process areas as trained and qualified which may include:
Gerber table cutting equipment
Lay up (hand application of raw material onto molds)
Furnace operations: autoclave burnout melt infiltration
Grit blasting
CNC machine operation
Non conventional machining (EDM laser drilling)
Visual and machine inspection
Follow standard work safety procedures and quality requirements; accurately record operations and production data
Support problem solving and continuous improvement to enhance Safety Quality Delivery and Cost.
High school diploma or GED
Flexibility to adjust schedules for training as required
Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity
Legally authorized to work in the United States; any offer is contingent upon successful completion of the preemployment process (including background check and drug screening)
This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
Prior CMC and/or manufacturing experience
Ability to work independently in a team environment
Flexibility to rotate between shop operations; computer proficiency
Strong mechanical/technical aptitude thorough documentation skills
Inclusive teamwork and communication
Positive attitude with ability to incorporate feedback
Commitment to safety quality and customer focus
