About the Role:
- Supervise and direct asbestos abatement crews on residential and commercial job sites
- Ensure full compliance with EPA OSHA and state regulations throughout all abatement projects
- Conduct pre-job site inspections hazard assessments and safety briefings
- Oversee proper containment setup PPE usage and decontamination procedures
- Coordinate waste disposal and maintain accurate project documentation and chain-of-custody records
- Communicate project progress and updates to project managers and clients
- Train and mentor abatement technicians on safe work practices and regulatory requirements
- Valid Georgia Asbestos Supervisor license or certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in asbestos abatement or environmental remediation
- Strong knowledge of EPA NESHAP OSHA 1926.1101 and Georgia EPD regulations
- Proven supervisory or crew leadership experience in the field
- Current AHERA Supervisor/Contractor certification preferred
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities on active job sites
