About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and clinically soundRNs and LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This role includes intermittent visits private duty shifts and care plan coordination. If youre licensed in Florida reliable and looking to make a meaningful impact in a flexible per diem role wed love to connect.

JOB REQUIRMENTS:

RN/LPN ACTIVE LICENSE

MUST HAVE VALID CPR BLS CARD.

MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS CHEST XRAY or TBQ GOLD QUANTIFER ON BLOOD TEST RESULTS.

MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE.

MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.

MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.

MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
