Job Description

• 10 to 15 years of experience in IBM I / AS400
• Expert level proficiency in SYNON RPG ILE/RPG SQL RPG/RPGLE CL/CLLE LANSA LANSA for Web
• Strong experience in DB2/400 MQ REST/SOAP APIs JSON XML FTP/SFTP
• Hands-on experience with debugging profiling and performance optimization
• Integration and Modernization Experience integrating IBM i applications with web applications or cloud platforms
• Exposure to IBM i modernization tools and strategies Tools and Methodologies
• Experience with change management and version control tools (Aldon Turnover Git)
• Understanding of SDLC Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices
• Experience in solutioning reviewing and validating technical documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience working in a client-facing technical lead role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
