Summary:
We are seeking an Artist Curation Operations Lead to oversee and scale artist catalog operations supporting a global music this role you will drive the quality accuracy and scalability of artist metadata and content across artist pages bios imagery concerts and related artist-facing experiences.
This position sits at the intersection of operations AI/ML data quality and technical program management. You will partner closely with Engineering Data Science Product and Operations teams to translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions helping evolve manual curation workflows into intelligent automated systems.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical operationally minded technically fluent and energized by solving ambiguous problems in fast-paced environments.
What Youll Do:
Lead artist curation operations across artist metadata bios imagery concerts and related catalog experiences
Serve as the primary operational lead and escalation point for internal and external curation partners
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering Data Science Product Analytics and Operations teams to align priorities and drive execution
Translate operational challenges into technical requirements and actionable specifications for AI/ML and engineering teams
Evaluate model outputs quality metrics error analysis and human feedback loops to determine production readiness
Design and improve review workflows and tooling that incorporate AI-generated recommendations and automation
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation ML models and agentic workflows
Conduct lightweight ROI and impact analysis to prioritize tactical and strategic solutions
Build executive-ready presentations updates and recommendations for leadership stakeholders
Manage ambiguous initiatives end-to-end with minimal direction while balancing competing priorities
What You Bring:
5 years of experience in operations program management technical product management or related roles with exposure to AI/ML-driven workflows
Experience translating operational or product challenges into technical or ML requirements
Experience partnering directly with data scientists engineers and technical stakeholders through development cycles
Strong understanding of model evaluation concepts including quality metrics error analysis and human-in-the-loop review systems
Experience designing or improving review annotation or operational tooling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure ambiguous problems
Exceptional communication and presentation skills including executive-level storytelling
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward in fast-paced environments
Strong attention to detail and operational rigor
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience within music entertainment media metadata or catalog operations
Familiarity with entity resolution or disambiguation challenges
Exposure to LLM workflows prompt evaluation or AI-assisted automation systems
Experience managing vendor or outsourced operations teams
Experience with SQL Tableau or similar analytics/BI tools
Experience supporting international stakeholders or global operational programs
Passion for music artist ecosystems and content operations
