Key Responsibilities

• Plans manages and controls the activities of a team or teams of analysts that provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large.

• Leads project teamsto design and develop of program methods processes and systems to consolidate and analyze structured and unstructured diverse big data sources. Communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product service and business management to be incorporated into the measuring of effective business processes.

• Performs complex statistical and data-mining analysis using statistical tools like R SAS and MATlab input and design of data acquisition systems data structure and database design.

• Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify interpret and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis.

• Helps business groups understand their data buy applying analytics derives insights and works with business unties to determine actions and KPI for those actions; input on effective strategies. Interacts with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments;Identifies correlations on how an understanding beyond of what is measured today can be established based on a deep knowledge of the business and environment.

• Selects develops and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.

• Leads or participates in project teams developinganalytical models algorithms and automated processes applyingSQL understanding and PHP or Python programming to cleanse integrate and evaluate large datasets.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.

For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
