What You Will Be Doing

• Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activity at assigned work sites.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients employees and visitors.
• Document and report security incidents violations and daily activities.
• Conduct patrols and surveillance of assigned premises.
• Enforce site-specific rules and procedures.
• Respond professionally to emergencies and security concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Perform additional security-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Armed Guard License and/or Unarmed Guard License(based on assignment)
• Valid Drivers License with aclean driving record
• High School Diploma or GED
• Firearm Proficiency Certificate (Armed positions)
• DD-214 (Military Veterans) or POST A/B Certificate (Former Law Enforcement) if applicable
• Ability to supply your own equipment required for armed assignments
• Must be available to workvarious shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
• Must successfully pass a background investigation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Clear criminal background
• Clean driving record
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable dependable and able to work independently
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of security experience
• Military Veteran
• Prior Law Enforcement experience
• Previous Security Officer experience
