Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors customers and/or staff while carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner including documenting details and communicating with local management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store parking areas exterior perimeter and other assigned locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances exits high-traffic areas and/or receiving zones for unusual activity and report security-related concerns hazards and/or policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Support loss prevention efforts by observing customer and employee activity assisting with access control and/or crowd management and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3 years of combined law enforcement corrections or military experience or 5 years of armed security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
