As a Armed Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Temple TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving post requires a valid drivers license and Level III Armed Certification. You will provide exceptional customer service communicate clearly and represent Allied Universals caring reliable and integrity-driven culture.

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients customers and store team members by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner including coordinating with store leadership and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location parking areas loading zones and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor customer and employee activity access points and high-value merchandise areas; report suspicious behavior policy violations and hazards according to site procedures.
• Maintain required documentation including incident reports patrol logs and daily activity reports while handling assigned equipment in accordance with applicable laws and Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
