Allied Universal is actively seeking highly qualified and professional security candidates for multiple Government Contract Security Officer opportunities.
We are looking for individuals with prior military law enforcement corrections armed security or related professional experience who are ready to join one of the nations leading security organizations.

Applicants must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a valid Florida Drivers License
- Possess a valid Florida Class D Security License
- Possess a valid Florida Class G Security License (for armed positions)
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Submit a professional resume
Candidates must possess one or more of the following:
- Minimum of three (3) years of Armed Security experience
- Military service experience
- Law Enforcement experience
- Corrections experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
To be considered candidates must meet at least one of the following requirements:
Honorable Military Service (DD-214 Required)
Police Academy or Corrections Academy Certification (Certificate Required)
Associate Degree or Higher (Minimum 60 College Credits Required)
Official documentation must be provided during the hiring process.
As a condition of employment applicants may be required to successfully complete:
- Background Investigation
- Drug Screening (where permitted by law)
- Employment Verification
- License Verification
- Industry-Specific Security Training

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Conducting patrols of assigned properties and perimeters
- Enforcing site-specific policies and procedures
- Responding to emergencies and critical incidents

- Maintaining a professional security presence
- Assisting with access control and security operations
- Working effectively in high-volume public environments
