Job Summary
Excelsior Defense is expanding and seeking professional dependable and customer service-oriented Armed Security Officers for a new 24/7 corporate security assignment beginning June 8th in the Alachua area
We are hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time officers to support a premier commercial property environment. Officers will play a critical role in maintaining a safe secure and welcoming atmosphere for tenants staff and visitors.
- $20.00 per hour
- Multiple shifts available
- Full-Time & Part-Time openings
- Site operates 24 hours per day / 7 days per week
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
- Professional access control and visitor management
- Interior and exterior patrols (foot and vehicle patrols)
- CCTV and alarm monitoring
- Incident detection response and detailed reporting
- Customer service-focused interaction with tenants staff and visitors
- Enforcing property rules and safety procedures
- Maintaining a visible and professional security presence
- Valid Florida Security D & G License required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to write clear and accurate incident reports
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Prior corporate office building or customer-facing security experience preferred
