Were looking for a sharp driven Area Coach to oversee multiple locations for a well-established franchise organization operating in the Tallahassee market. This is a full-accountability role for someone who thrives on developing people owns their numbers and leads with urgency and purpose across every location every day.

Compensation: $80000$85000 base Performance bonus Full benefits

What Youll Do

• Build and sustain a strong internal succession pipeline by identifying coaching and advancing Restaurant Managers Shift Leaders and emerging talent at every level
  
• Drive continuous performance improvement by monitoring leading indicators and key metrics balancing people financial and guest experience outcomes equally
  
• Own your areas P&L deliver on annual targets with a sharp focus on top-line sales growth labor productivity and food cost management
  
• Train coach and inspire all locations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high-quality kitchen operations in full compliance with brand standards
  
• Lead Restaurant Manager development through structured goal-setting ongoing coaching and meaningful feedback connecting personal growth to business results
  
• Grow top-line sales by fostering community connections leveraging technology and marketing initiatives executing new product launches and applying an effective local merchandising strategy
  
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships that remove barriers and keep each restaurant focused on customers people and results
  
• Foster a positive team-oriented culture that encourages best-practice sharing healthy competition and commitment to organizational goals
  
• Strengthen community ties within each restaurants neighborhood by leading managers to become true brand ambassadors

• Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding profit and sales targets in a multi-unit environment
  
• Strong decision-making skills you assess situations quickly and take decisive effective action

• Unwavering sense of urgency and full ownership of results
  
• Ability to deliver an outstanding experience for both team members and guests
  
• Proficiency with POS systems restaurant technology and Microsoft Office
  
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Tallahassee market
