As an Area Sales Manager supporting High Voltage Breakers across the NAM region you will play a key role in expanding market presence strengthening customer relationships and driving innovation in the evolving energy landscape. This position offers the chance to blend engineering insight with business strategy working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver solutions that power communities and industries.

You will lead efforts to grow sales shape market strategies and influence product direction while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced forward-thinking environment. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

How youll make an impact

  • Drive growth of High Voltage Breaker sales across the NAM territory

  • Support sales teams and expand new and existing business opportunities

  • Deliver technical presentations webinars and customer seminars

  • Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals

  • Partner with engineering and front-end sales to capture market share

  • Analyze market trends competitor activity and customer needs

  • Develop sales forecasts strategies and business plans

  • Build strong relationships through customer meetings and site visits

Your background

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

  • 812 years of relevant experience (sales/marketing preferred)

  • Experience in the electrical sector; breaker experience is a strong plus

  • Proven ability to develop business and grow market share

  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to large groups

  • Willingness to travel 30% and work collaboratively across teams
