Territory:
This position supports both Hickory Terrace and Santa Fe Terrace. Time will be split between communities based on business needs. Candidates should be comfortable traveling between locations approximately 60 miles apart.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tours manage leads and guide prospective residents through the move-in process
• Build referral relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations
• Execute outreach networking and marketing initiatives to support occupancy goals
• Maintain CRM records reports and marketing materials

Qualifications:

• 2 years of sales business development or senior living experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated organized and customer-focused
• Valid drivers license required
