Area Nurse

The Landings at Canton Hills Assisted Living & Memory Care and The Cambridge Assisted Living & Memory Care are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical nurse (LPN) to support clinical operations across our two Georgia senior living communities.

This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring teams building strong resident relationships and supporting excellence in assisted living and memory care services. The primary work location is Canton GA with occasional travel to Smyrna GA. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

• Occasional evenings weekends and on-call support as needed

• Support clinical operations for assisted living and memory care residents across two communities

• Provide guidance and support to Director of Resident Care teams

• Ensure compliance with state regulations policies and clinical standards

• Conduct resident assessments care plan reviews and wellness monitoring

• Oversee medication management and documentation accuracy

• Assist with infection control and staff education initiatives

• Participate in resident and family care conferences

• Support survey readiness and quality assurance processes

• Mentor coach and support caregiving and clinical staff

• Collaborate with physicians families and interdisciplinary teams

• Assist with staffing support scheduling oversight and clinical leadership needs

• Promote excellent customer service and resident-centered care

• Active unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license or Professional Nurse (LPN)

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Previous leadership or management experience preferred

• Experience in assisted living memory care long-term care or senior living preferred

• Strong assessment documentation and communication skills

• Compassionate and resident-focused leadership style

• Organized dependable and able to work independently

• Proficient with computers and clinical documentation systems

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
