Elwood Staffing is looking for a District Manager to lead our branches in Angola IN Hillsdale MI Coldwater MI Bryan OH and Sturgis MI. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in staffing branch operations sales and team development who enjoys building high-performing teams and driving business growth.

• Lead the sales operations and profitability of five staffing branches.
• Coach and develop Branch Managers recruiters and sales teams.
• Drive revenue growth customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Ensure branches meet performance goals and compliance standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and support new business growth.
• Travel regularly throughout your assigned territory.

• Staffing industry leadership experience required.
• Previous multi-location district area or branch management experience preferred.
• Proven success leading teams and growing business.
• Strong communication coaching and leadership skills.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout the district.
