As Area Director you will:

• Supervise Residence Directors and oversee performance management coaching and staff development

• Guide hiring processes and provide leadership-level orientation and onboarding support

• Oversee daily operations of assigned homes including staffing budgets maintenance and documentation

• Ensure development and implementation of high-quality Individual Support Plans (ISPs)

• Maintain compliance with DDS regulations and lead homes toward two-year certification with distinction

• Oversee internal audits regulatory reporting and electronic record accuracy (reviewed no less than quarterly)

• Coordinate clinical services entitlements and community resources

• Manage internal on-call systems and respond effectively to emergencies and safety concerns

• Represent assigned programs at administrative meetings and participate in program evaluation

• Promote strong relationships with families community partners and regulatory agencies

• Safeguard confidential information and uphold organizational policies and procedures

Education:

• Bachelors degree preferred

Experience:

• 510 years of related human services experience

• Demonstrated supervisory experience required

Licensing & Certifications:

• Valid Class C or Class D Drivers License

• CPR/First Aid certification required
