A leading multidisciplinary architecture and design firm specializing in architecture interior design master planning and innovative building solutions. The organization works across multifamily housing commercial hospitality industrial and mixed-use projects with a strong focus on sustainable community-oriented design and modern construction methods.
Key Requirements:
- 10 years of professional architectural design experience.
- Strong conceptual and schematic design portfolio.
- Experience with zoning planning and entitlement processes preferably in urban/mixed-use projects.
- or from an accredited architecture program.
- Strong proficiency inRevit Rhino SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and rendering tools such as Enscape.
- Strong graphic presentation communication and design skills.
- Experience across capacity studies concept design schematic design entitlements DD CDs and CA.
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior designers.
- Familiarity with zoning accessibility building codes and construction methods.
- Architectural license is preferred butnot required.
