General Shale Inc. a leading manufacturer of brick and masonry materials is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative to support the Charlotte NC market. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with architects contractors developers and dealers while promoting masonry solutions for commercial and residential projects.

The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong communication skills and experience in construction building materials architecture or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects contractors and dealers

• Promote brick stone block and masonry product solutions for commercial and residential projects
• Provide product recommendations specifications and technical support to customers
• Deliver responsive high-level customer service throughout the sales process
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of masonry products and applications
• Coordinate with internal teams to support project timelines and customer needs

Qualifications:

• 35 years of professional sales experience; building materials or masonry industry experience preferred
• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Construction Management Architecture or related field preferred
• Strong presentation communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
• Self-motivated organized and results-driven professional
