Architectural Project Manager
Läderach North America is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager to support the planning coordination and execution of retail development projects. This role will oversee permitting due diligence and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with brand standards. This position will collaborate closely with architects engineers contractors landlords and internal stakeholders.
What you can expect
You will manage permitting submissions and approvals including tracking and coordination with authorities
You will conduct mall and jurisdictional due diligence to determine project requirements and approval processes
You will review architectural and MEP drawings for compliance with company landlord and local standards
You will coordinate site surveys including scheduling consultants and distributing documentation
You will collaborate with architects engineers contractors and landlords across the project lifecycle
You will track project milestones and maintain accurate documentation
You will identify risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain timelines
You will support construction and store development teams with technical review and coordination
What we expect from you
You have strong knowledge of construction documentation and MEP systems
You have experience managing permitting processes and coordinating with jurisdictions
You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
You have the ability to review plans and identify discrepancies and compliance issues
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
You have proficiency in AutoCAD
Preferred Attributes
You have experience with shopping malls retail landlords and commercial permitting authorities
You have strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
You are self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
You have a background in architectural project management
What we expect from you
You have an accredited degree in architecture (or related field)
You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial/retail architectural design
You are proficient (Expert Level) in CAD software
You have a strong understanding of building codes zoning regulations and residential construction practices.
You are experienced in all phases of project development from schematic design to construction documentation and administration.
You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively interact with internal team members or departments.
You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
You are eligible to work in the US and located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area
