Architect Healthcare

TSP is seeking a licensed Architect to serve as a senior leader within our Healthcare Practice. This role will lead the planning design and delivery of complex healthcare environments including hospitals clinics behavioral health and specialty care facilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong healthcare design expertise leadership experience and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery from programming and planning through construction administration.

This position will work alongside Mark Averett and other TSP leaders to help advance the strategic growth of the firms Healthcare Practice while delivering high-quality patient-centered design solutions. Candidates should have 10 years of professional experience be a registered architect and possess strong knowledge of healthcare regulations clinical workflows and evidence-based design principles.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the planning and design of healthcare facilities including hospitals clinics ambulatory care and behavioral health environments
• Manage projects through all phases including programming design documentation and construction administration
• Serve as a primary client contact building strong relationships and guiding project decision-making
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated high-quality design solutions
• Mentor and support team members while contributing to the growth of TSPs Healthcare Practice
• Ensure project quality code compliance constructability and alignment with healthcare regulations and client goals
