What You Will Do:

TheArchibusSME will serve as a trusted advisor to a federal clientprovidingexpert guidance on the implementation and optimization of theArchibusIntegrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). This role will support the development of strategic roadmaps implementation plans and best practices for rolling out a variety ofArchibusfunctionalities across the enterprise.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Advise the clientonArchibuscapabilitiesconfiguration options and integration strategies to align with mission requirements.

• Support development of strategic roadmaps for phased implementationofArchibusmodules.

• Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.

• Leadorassistinthe configurationofArchibusmodulesensuring compliance with federal standards and security requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functionalrequirementsandtranslate them to technical specifications.

• Oversee data migration system testing and validation activities.

• Provide ongoing support and mentoring to ensure successful adoptionofArchibusfunctionalities.

• Facilitate demos and functional reviews with client leadership.

• Lead and support business developmentbyidentifyingnewopportunitiesandassistingwithproposal development.

What You Will Need:

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE SECRET or higher-level clearance are preferred.

• Bachelors degree

• TEN (10) years of experienceimplementingArchibus

• Deep understanding of the Archibus architecture and database structure

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience working within the Department of State

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Background/experiencein facilities management real property and asset management

• AutoCAD experience with creating and editing floorplan drawings

• Experience writing SQL JavaScript and Java

• Experience working in a collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary teamtofacilitatesystemsimplementation

• Experience in presenting communications and/or training relatedtoArchibusfunctionality

• Experience creating User Guides and User Acceptance Testing scripts
