The AR/AP specialist will be responsible for managing cash flow ensuring all payments are processed and invoices are collected accordingly as well as managing account reconciliations and AR/AP reports.

The AR/AP specialist will be responsible for managing cash flow ensuring all payments are processed and invoices are collected accordingly as well as managing account reconciliations and AR/AP reports.
Duties:
- Manage incoming transactions and money movements across accounts. Additionally generate money requests/invoices for clients to support their account needs.
- Issue payments to clients matching receiving reports and invoices to the correct accounts.
- Verify daily totals for both AR and AP.
- Document AR/AP journal entries reconciling ledgerto ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance.
- Generate money movement reports identifying trends discrepanciesand outstanding items.
- Address discrepancies researching out-of-balance accounts and outstanding cash. Communicate issues with the account managers and provide solutions for resolution.
- Ensure all reports and ledgers adhere federal state and local regulations.
- preferred:Bachelors or Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- hands-on experience in AR/AP
- EXCEL and QuickBooks
