JOIN US- AQUATICS SWIM INSTRUCTOR GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Under the direction of the Aquatics Director the Swim Instructor is responsible for teaching swimming lessons in accordance with the design provided by the YMCA of Greater Tulsa. The YMCA will offer a high-quality swimming instruction program. We will comply with all requirements of the YMCA of the USA the City Health Department and the YMCA of Greater Tulsa. Accurate records of participant attendance and achievement will be kept and the environment will be safe & inviting for instruction. QUALIFICATIONS - Required At least 16 years of age. Experience working with children and/or young adults. Ability to clearly communicate with youth parents and YMCA staff as well as provide leadership to instructional classes. Ability to see hear project voice and move effectively.
