YMCA of Greater Tulsa The following position is currently available: POSITION NAME: Head Lifeguard(Seasonal)LOCATION: Dickenson GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Head Lifeguards primary role is to assist the Aquatic Director in supervising the pool area. The Head Lifeguard is an experienced aquatic staff employee. He/she has succeeded in the swim lesson lifeguard program and understands how both programs function. They will assist other aquatic staff by sharing their knowledge of policy and procedures. The Head Lifeguard does not act in a supervisory role but rather in supportive role. They must present themselves in an exemplary manner while on duty and have a positive enthusiastic attitude about the YMCA. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years old Minimum one-year lifeguard experienceCurrent Lifeguard Certification CPR for Professional Rescuer AED and O2 Current Standard First Aid Certification STATUS: Non-Exempt- Hourly STARTING SALARY:$9.50 tags: aquatics pools
