Business Analyst with Finance domain having 5-30 years of experience possesses a strong foundation in business analysis methodologies and frameworks.

The role focuses on translating business needs into actionable insights through effective requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.

Strong analytical skills are utilized for evaluating business processes and identifying areas for improvement while understanding data analytics aids in interpreting data trends and insights.

The ability to create detailed business requirements documents and facilitate workshops ensures alignment on project deliverables.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for constant interaction with various stakeholders influencing decision-making and driving project success.

A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Analytics or Data Analytics is required and a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification is preferred.
