- Contact prospective customers
- Introduce our services and programs clearly and professionally
- Ask qualifying questions
- Identify potential customer interest
- Schedule qualified appointments
- Maintain accurate notes and customer information
- Follow up with prospects when appropriate
- Participate in coaching and call reviews
- Work toward weekly appointment and performance go
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with prospective customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate notes and customer information.
- Ability to ask insightful qualifying questions to identify customer interest.
- Comfortable with making outbound calls and engaging with new prospects.
- Willingness to participate in coaching sessions and call reviews for continuous improvement.
