Appointment Scheduling Specialist
Fast-paced high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Appointment Scheduler
Work location:80 5th Avenue - Suite 500 Fort Worth Texas 76104
Work hours: Full-time 40 hours weekly; Monday - Friday (8am 5pm)

Heres What You Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
Two Years of related experience in Healthcare environment (PREFERRED)
Experience in High Call volume phone calls (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
What You Will Do
Schedule tests procedures and referral appointments
Responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments
Communicates with patients regarding appointments and instructions for procedures and tests
May collect fees such as co-pays/co-insurance gathers insurance information and patient personal data
