• Make outbound phone calls/texts/emails to prospective customers using a provided script (training provided).
• Schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives.
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide friendly professional support.
• Confirm and update scheduled appointments.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and lead information.
• Assist with basic marketing and administrative support tasks.
  
  

• Friendly positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day.
• Willingness to learnthis is an entry-level trainable position.
• Organized with good attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook Excel Word).
• Previous customer service or office experience is helpful but not required.
