• Abilities: Translate business needs into practical AI solutions; build and optimize workflows automations and tools; analyze data and AI outputs; collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams while driving adoption and continuous improvement

• Experience: 36 years in applied AI automation analytics engineering or internal tools development with hands-on experience building AI-driven workflows dashboards or lightweight applications and working with platforms like ChatGPT Copilot APIs and structured data systems

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems Data Science Analytics or a related fieldor equivalent practical experience

• Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the office(Boston Maitland or Milwaukee) 25% of the time.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this positions compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida Massachusetts and Wisconsin. Within this range individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to job-related skills experience and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market addition to base salary total compensation may include bonuses incentive plans and a comprehensive benefits package.
