What Youll Do

As a key part of our agronomy team your responsibilities will include:

• Safely and accurately apply fertilizers herbicides and pesticides using modern custom application equipment.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment to ensure correct product application based on blend sheets and crop needs.
• Assist with daily operations including receiving loading and delivering ag products and treating seed.
• Support customers directly building trusted relationships that reflect our commitment to service and agronomic excellence.
• Perform light mechanical work to keep application equipment and vehicles in top working condition.
• Work extended hours during peak seasonsand take pride in getting the job done right.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for a reliable team player with a strong work ethic mechanical ability and a passion for agriculture.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (post-secondary ag education a plus)
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons
• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat & Tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License
• Strong math skills for mixing and calibration
• Previous experience operating and maintaining farm equipment
