Oversee the full lifecycle of assignedapplicationtoolswith focus on value delivery and operational efficiency.

Defineand maintainKPIs track adoption and tool effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through data-informed decisions.

Support rationalization efforts in collaboration with the Integration Architect and Portfolio Director. Align tool investments to multi-year strategic plans.

Serve as the primary liaison for tool-specific updates training coordination and cross-functional alignment.

Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

8-10 years in product or portfolio management with a focus on enterprise software tools SaaS platforms or internal systems.

Solidunderstanding of software development processes system integration and web technologies.

Experiencemanaging products through full lifecycle using Agile methodologiesis desired.

Skilled in connecting product decisions to business outcomesanalyzingdata and prioritizing features for impact.

Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.

Strongunderstandingfor users and experience shaping solutions based on real-world customer needs.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
