Key Tasks

• Provide application support for D365 CE FnO (and related Sales processes)
• Handle incidents troubleshoot issues and support end users
• Perform simple configuration and customization such as:
  - Forms views fields
  - Business rules and workflows
  - Security roles and access management
  
• Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives and project activities
  
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams to understand business needs
  
• Contribute to structured documentation and continuous improvement of processes

You will be part of a growing IT capability and play a key role in ensuring stable and efficient system
support.

Your Background

• 13 years of experience with some hands-on exposure to D365 CE or similar ERP/CRM
  systems
  
• Basic understanding of CRM and/or ERP concepts
  
• Experience in application support or similar IT role
