Application Specialist (Enterprise Applications)

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our Applications team in a dynamic fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for developing maintaining and enhancing enterprise web applications while also supporting and integrating third-party platforms such as ServiceNow and the Microsoft Power Platform.

This position is ideal for a well-rounded developer who is comfortable working independently collaborating within a team and communicating effectively with both technical peers and senior management. The role includes hands-on development system integration and participation in ongoing application modernization efforts.

This position is based at our headquarters in Springfield IL and is anin-office position(No remote availability).

Key Responsibilities

• Developmaintain and enhance enterprise web applications
• Writemaintain andoptimizeSQL Server queries views and stored procedures
• Configure integrate and support third-party enterprise platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders developers and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development test and production environments
• Ensure applications follow established best practices for security performance and maintainability
• Communicate technical concepts risks and progress to senior management
• Contribute to technical documentation and team knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of professional application development experience
• Proficiencyin C# and Framework
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Experienceconfiguringintegratingand supporting third-party software platforms
• Working knowledge of SQL Server (queries views stored procedures; DBA experience not)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pace environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

Organization Structure and Interfaces

The LRS IT team consists of a Chief Information Officer Director of IT Director of Applications Director of Information Security and teams for networking infrastructure cloud communications end-user services and applications. The team is based in Springfield IL and manages the global operations at LRS. You will report to the Chief Information Officer.

Salary Range

$80000$100000 annually plus paid overtime and full benefits. This rangerepresentsthe low and high for this position.
