Position: Application Analyst II (Remote)

Client: CHRISTUS Health

Location: Remote (Corporate Office: Irving TX)

Shift Timing: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay Rate: BR/hour

Job Summary:

The Application Analyst II will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for clinical third-party applications (non-imaging) across a large multi-regional healthcare system. This role involves troubleshooting application issues collaborating with technical and vendor teams participating in an on-call rotation and ensuring timely resolution of incidents following ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for clinical third-party applications (non-imaging).

Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and problems.

Coordinate with vendors for application updates and code changes.

Collaborate with infrastructure and technical teams to resolve system-related issues.

Maintain accurate documentation of incidents resolutions and knowledge base articles.

Participate in an on-call rotation for 24/7 application support.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree (Proof of education is required).

Experience supporting Clinical Third-Party Applications (Non-Imaging).

Strong understanding of ITIL processes.

Experience with Microsoft Office and enterprise application support.

Excellent troubleshooting communication and customer service skills.
