Application Analyst | Epic Resolute PB

We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst Epic Resolute PB to support and optimize our Epic Professional Billing applications.

In this role you will partner closely with revenue cycle finance operational and clinical stakeholders to ensure billing workflows are efficient compliant and aligned with organizational goals. You will play a critical role in supporting charge capture claims processing reimbursement optimization system integrity and end-user success. The ideal candidate brings Epic billing expertise strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional support in a complex healthcare environment.

Location:744 S Webster Ave Green Bay WI 54301 Remote work options for residents in WI or MI only with occasional need to work onsite for support initiatives in either La Crosse WI or Green Bay WI
FTE Status: 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)

• Education: Bachelors degree or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education

• Experience: At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience

• Certifications: Epic Resolute Professional Billing and/or Hospital Billing certification will be required upon hire

• Strong analytical and problem solving experience

• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows including charge capture coding billing claims and followup

• Experience working with finance revenue cycle and operational stakeholders

• Strong analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to nontechnical users

• Experience working in a healthcare IT environment

• Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.

• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency.

• Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance upgrades and implementations.

• Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity

• Participate in projects related to system enhancements integrations and new implementations
