Job Summary
The Enrollment Systems Specialist supports the daily operation maintenance and improvement of the CRM system currently Technolutions Slate Admissions and Enrollment. The Enrollment Systems Specialist supports the administration maintenance and improvement of the Slate CRM. This position assists with system projects completes assigned configuration and testing tasks provides guidance and training to users and communicates with campus stakeholders regarding system updates issues and process improvements. The specialist may also assist with vendor support requests and coordinate routine follow-up as needed. Additionally the Enrollment Systems Specialist assists the Director of Admissions in implementing plans and initiatives to recruit the student body administering the undergraduate admission policy.
Essential Job Functions
Some of the key responsibilities for this position will include:
Support the configuration maintenance and ongoing review of the institutions CRM application systems forms workflows rules communications checklists and integrations. Assist with system upgrades patches testing documentation implementation and troubleshooting in coordination with Information Technology and system vendors.
Review application and enrollment processes to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate enhancements workflow changes or corrective actions.
Support data integrations and the movement of information between the CRM student information system document management system application platforms and other institutional systems.
Develop and maintain queries reports dashboards and data exports to support enrollment operations reporting and decision-making.
Review enrollment data for accuracy completeness and consistency and investigate discrepancies in reports applications student records and system processes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation training materials process maps flowcharts standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides
- Creates and updates access permissions and maintains user accounts to maintain application security through user profile management
- Coordinates system-wide updates and installs upgrades and patches
- Monitors and maintains performance metrics for application features and recommends and takes corrective/preventive actions
- Recommends application enhancements or changes that may involve custom design optional and third party products
- Participates in the design development and implementation of test and production objects. Defines user requirements and performs configuration change management and testing activities
- Troubleshoots hardware software and system problems
Admissions
$45000-$52000 commensurate with experience and qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
Experience supporting enrollment services admissions student records or another data intensive administrative operation.
Experience training or supporting users on technology systems and business processes.
Experience using data for reporting assessment analysis or process improvement.
Masters degree with experience in Management Information Systems Data Analytics or related fields.
Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Working knowledge of a student information database system such as PeopleSoft.
Knowledge and experience using Slate. Experience in Admissions/student recruitment.
