Dave Smith Appliance Services is looking for an experienced Residential Appliance Service Technician who wants better support strong earning potential excellent benefits and a company where good technicians are valued.

We offer hourly pay PLUS performance bonuses. You do not have to sell to earn your bonus.

Who Were Looking For

This is not an entry-level position.

You must have at least 2 years of residential appliance service field experience and be able to run service calls with minimal initial training.

Were looking for a professional technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems correctly and doing quality work.

Requirements

2 years residential appliance repair field experience REQUIRED

Refrigeration experience

EPA certification

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Strong mechanical aptitude

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Computer literacy and accurate service documentation

Dependable punctual and professional

Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record

Ability to complete required background drug and driving screenings

High-end appliance and advanced refrigeration experience is a plus and may increase starting compensation.

We service major appliances and refrigeration in all of Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Our parts store is located in Toledo Ohio
