WWDR also offers programs to help developers connect with experts learn about the latest Apple tools and technologies and adopt best practices to supercharge app development.
The App Review Board team is a critical part of the App Review process serving as a dedicated resource for developers to appeal decisions receive detailed feedback on their apps review and suggest changes to the guidelines. We investigate appeals across all platforms and guidelines collaborate closely with App Review and partner with internal teams to address developer concerns effectively. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional developer experience by handling every appeal with expertise integrity and a commitment to meaningful role demands a detail-oriented mindset strong investigative skills a comprehensive understanding of the App Review Guidelines and the confidence to make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Develop deep expertise in the App Review process and guidelinesnMake well-reasoned decisions quickly in ambiguous high-pressure situationsnDeliver clear constructive written feedback directly to third-party app developersnWork cross-functionality with partners within WWDR and Apple Legal on incoming appeals guideline change suggestions and sensitive matters involving regulatory compliance fraud and trust u0026 safetynCollaborate with teammates to surface insights and drive meaningful improvements to business processes
2 years of experience in App Review or a comparable fieldnDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretionnExceptional written and verbal communication skillsnStrong background in customer service and conflict resolution
