Apartment Maintenance Technician Westgate Landing

• Oversee daily operations: Maintenance preventative maintenance and general upkeep of the property.
• Handle general repairs: Ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Prepare apartments for new tenants: Create a welcoming and comfortable living space.
• Conduct preventive maintenance: Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents.

• Knowledge: 1 years of experience in general maintenance with a basic understanding of HVAC electrical and plumbing.
• Hands-On: Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools can lift heavy objects and climb ladders with ease.
• Certified: HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus.
• Schedule: On-call duty rotation required.
• Trustworthy: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
