Apartment Maintenance Technician

As our Lead Maintenance Technician youll be the technical expert and leader who helps ensure our residents have safe comfortable and well-maintained homes. Youll tackle challenging repairs support fellow technicians and help drive operational excellence across the property.

• Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC plumbing electrical appliance and structural issues.
• Serve as the lead technician and primary escalation point for difficult repairs.
• Prioritize assign and monitor work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee preventative maintenance schedules and property inspections.
• Lead apartment turns and ensure units are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Train mentor and support maintenance team members.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor work to ensure quality and compliance.
• Promote a strong culture of safety and accountability.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification and/or relevant trade certifications.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing appliances and building systems.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Leadership experience or the ability to mentor and guide others.
• Valid drivers license acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
