• Expected hourly rate of $25-$27 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Will Do

• Deliver exceptional service to residents and support fellow team members
• Complete apartment turns using AIRs established processes to create move-in-ready homes for new residents
• Diagnose troubleshoot repair and maintain building systems and apartment components including plumbing basic electrical systems HVAC equipment appliances and related maintenance items
• Complete resident service requests accurately efficiently and professionally
• Provide functional or technical guidance to other Maintenance Technicians when needed and help support their skill development
• Assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections as assigned
• Adapt to changing community needs seasonal priorities and varying maintenance requirements

What You Have

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience preferably within apartment facilities building maintenance or related environments
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least two technical trades such as plumbing electrical appliance repair HVAC carpentry or related disciplines
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends seasonal workload fluctuations and on-call rotations of at least one week per month
• Reliable transportation for responding to emergency service requests while on call
• Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding work including moving equipment and machinery as required
• Ability to read write and speak English
