What You Will Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents while maintaining a safe professional work environment.
- Complete apartment turns to AIR quality standards and prepares homes for new resident move-ins.
- Diagnose troubleshoot repair and replace plumbing components basic electrical systems HVAC equipment appliances and other building systems.
- Respond to resident service requests efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with move-in and move-out inspections when needed.
- Support vendor coordination and quality control efforts.
- Share knowledge provide technical guidance and help develop less experienced maintenance team members when applicable.
- Perform additional maintenance duties based on community needs seasonality and individual skill level.

What You Have
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience ideally in some form of facilities building or related maintenance environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least two skilled trades including plumbing electrical appliance repair HVAC carpentry or related maintenance disciplines.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends rotating on-call coverage and other schedules required to support community operations.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to respond to emergency service requests while participating in after-hours on-call rotations.
- Ability and willingness to perform the physical demands of the role including moving equipment lifting materials climbing stairs and ladders and working in indoor and outdoor environments.
- Ability to read write and speak English.
