• PrimarilyMonday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Shared on-call rotationnot constant nights and weekends

• Starting pay of$18/hour or higher based on experience

• Diagnose and complete routine and moderately complex repairs across building systems
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of buildings grounds and common areas
• Complete apartment turnovers within established timelines
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance issues
• Assist with vendor and contractor coordination as needed
• Maintain accurate work order documentation using mobile maintenance software
• Follow all safety procedures OSHA requirements and company policies

• At least 1 years of maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical and general building maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Trade training or certifications preferred
