We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our Parc Mosaic apartment homes in Boulder CO!

What Youll Do

  • Complete apartment turns to create move-in-ready homes
  • Perform routine maintenance and resident-requested repairs including plumbing electrical HVAC and appliance troubleshooting
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
  • Assist with inspections vendor coordination and team training as needed
  • Contribute to a safe efficient and well-maintained community

What You Have

  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
  • Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing electrical appliance repair HVAC carpentry etc.)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality) and on-call shifts (at least one week a month).
  • A reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call after hours.
  • Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to read write and speak English.
