Apartment Maintenance

Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking one Maintenance Technician to join the teamthat takes care of 4 properties. Two properties are inShaker Heights and two are inEdgewater.

Boiler experience would be helpful.

Pay and Benefits

• $23-26/hour paid weekly
• MondayFriday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with an on-call rotation

• Turnovers/make-readies
• Repairs such as drywall painting electrical plumbing carpentry and/or HVAC
• Preventative maintenance
• Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid drivers license
• Personal insured mode of transportation
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
