Apartment Housekeeper Part-time

Position: Housekeeper

Location: Broomfield CO

This position performs housekeeping duties for the main buildings and also is responsible for thoroughly cleaning apartments so that they are rent-ready. Must have the ability to work in both the Academy Place building and the Northwest building. Other duties as assigned. There will be mileage compensation.

• Preferred customer service experience with residential or other clients
• Professionalism with coworkers and residents while working in and around the apartment communities
• Strict adherence to confidentiality policies according to residents rights regulations and courtesy

Physical Requirements:

• General janitorial including vacant units common areas offices and restrooms
• Bending kneeling and awkward positions and confined spaces to install/modify jobs
• Must possess a valid drivers license and be insurable for company vehicles
• Standard vision with or without corrective eyewear.
• Standard hearing with or without a hearing aid.

Schedule and Benefits:

• Schedule: Varies - less than 30 hours per week Monday through Friday.
