- Reconcilevendorstatementsandresolvediscrepancies
- Managecompanycreditcardreconciliationsandsupportingdocumentation
- Collaboratewithprojectteamsoperationsandvendorstoobtainapprovalsandsupportinginformation
- Maintainorganizedaccountingrecordsanddocumentation
- Supportmonth-endcloseactivitiesandotheraccountingprojectsasassigned
- Assistacrossvariousaccountingfunctionsasbusinessneedsrequire
Qualifications
- 1yearsofAccountsPayableAccountingClerkorrelatedaccountingexperience
- Experiencewiththree-waymatching
- Strongattentiontodetailandorganizationalskills
- ProficiencywithMicrosoftExcel
- Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesanddeadlinessimultaneously
- Excellentcommunicationandfollow-upskills
- Professionaldependableandteam-focusedattitude
