Sparta Networking is supporting a leading aviation company in hiring experienced A&P Mechanics for maintenance operations in a professional safety-driven environment. This opportunity allows you to work alongside skilled aviation professionals while performing maintenance on commercial corporate or regional aircraft.

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Inspect troubleshoot repair and replace aircraft components and systems
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals technical drawings and work instructions
• Complete maintenance documentation and logbook entries accurately
• Conduct routine inspections including pre-flight post-flight and phase inspections
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with maintenance teams and supervisors to complete projects efficiently

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience preferred
• Experience working with commercial regional or corporate aircraft is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced maintenance environment
• Must be able to pass required background checks and drug screening
