Job description:

We are looking for a candidate who has experience with a tool named AnyLogic with 4 years exp and relevant at least 1.5 years exp.

Hands-on AnyLogic builder not just theoretical knowledge

Comfortable writing Java code inside AnyLogic

Can translate a business problem into a simulation model

Responsibilities :

imulation Development

Design and develop complex simulation models using AnyLogic (Agent-Based Discrete Event and System Dynamics)

Build models to simulate real-world business processes supply chains logistics networks and operational workflows

Validate and verify simulation models against real data and business scenarios

Optimize existing models for performance and accuracy

Analysis & Insights

Analyze simulation outputs and translate results into actionable business insights

Conduct what-if scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis

Present findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders

Identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and improvement opportunities through simulation.
